How far we've come!
Congratulations! You have survived your child’s first year of violin, viola or cello studies. Have you thought of how many steps your child has achieved since last fall?
- Developed a good habit of regular practice
- Learned and polished several pieces
- Developed the ability to focus intently on the instrument
- Made new friends in group
These are big accomplishments! Since you are on a roll, keep the momentum going this summer. Enroll in the six week summer session. Groups will be on Wednesday afternoons- your Saturdays will be free. Keep up the practice schedule, expand it if possible. Remember to listen daily to the interval and Suzuki tapes. Take advantage of the many fine concerts to be given in Milwaukee this summer.
