We are very happy to announce the addition of cellist Trischa Seaman and violinist David Anderson to the String Academy faculty.
![]() Trischa Seaman (Loebl) Trischa Seaman comes to Milwaukee from Appleton in here she developed a class of over 50 cellists at the Lawrence University Arts Academy. A student of Parry Karp, Ms. Seaman received her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her Master of Music degree from Northwestern University where she studied with Alan Harris. She taught cello at Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio, and Hathaway Brown School in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Ms. Seaman has performed extensively in orchestras in Ohio, West Virginia, and Illinois, and was principal cellist of the Fox Valley Symphony in Appleton. |
![]() David Anderson David Anderson began teaching at the String Academy this past summer. He has been a member of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra since 1976. Before his move to Milwaukee, Mr. Anderson attended the Cleveland Institute of Music where he studied with Daniel Majeske and David Cerone. He studied chamber music with Josef Gingold, Mischa Schneider, and the Guarneri Quartet. |
